About This Role:Role Overview: Universal Consulting Services (UCS) a subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented HR Workforce Development Support. The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) Human Resources Department. He/She will support the Workforce Development Branch in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support/assume responsibilities for Office of Workforce Development programs such as the command’s supervisory training program and workforce application process for other various WD programs, to include maintaining various sites on the portal
• Conduct research for programs and opportunities available to the workforce for further development
• Assist team members with various aspects of WD training classes such as opening classes and other associated tasks in support of the various WD Program Managers
• Prepare written content about various WD programs to be shared with the workforce at large through command releases, feature articles, and briefs to various organizations
• Ability to provide WD/training information to the workforce
• Develop and maintain various metrics
• Provide Waypoints training and information to the workforce
• Develop and maintain various metrics
• Create documents such as SOPs and Statements of Work

The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:

• Mid-level to advanced level of comprehension and writing skills
• Highly Skilled and Vastly Experienced in Microsoft Programs to include; Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, Power Point
• Possesses an extensive customer service background in a professional office setting
• Proactive, organized, on-time, produce quality products in a timely manner, organized, dependable, available for work
• Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
• Possesses an extensive customer service background in a professional office setting

The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000 to $50,000 (annually USD).
