    WOW I eat and love most seafood, ut have not tried tuna yet…I will be now. It reminds me of salmon. If you liked this then I bet you would love teryaki salmon. Thanks for this

    I really love a nice tuna steak! It is SO much different than the tuna in a can. I think that is why some are scared to try it because of their distaste for canned tuna. It’s very tasty with a bit of grated ginger and lemon on it before putting it in the pan.

    It tried this. Cooked for 5 minutes was to long. Next time 3-4.

          Yes! Just don’t cook it on too high of a temp or it’ll burn on the outside and be cold on the inside.

            That’s actually how I like my tuna best: seared on the outside, RED in the center!!! Could I accomplish this with an instant pot if I started from frozen? Interesting.

    This was a super easy and completely delicious recipe! I made these as in the directions -then put them on a grilled bun with Mayo + blackened Mayo… add a tomato slice and a slice of Red Onion and It would probably be PHENOMINAL!
